• brush your teeth two times per day – morning and evening about 1.5 – 2 min.
• rinse your mouth with rinse water after every meal
• massage your gums with circled moves , in direction from the gum to the tooth when your brush your teeth
• clean the spaces between the teeth with dental thread after each meal
• use a new toothbrush every two three months
• use a toothbrush with average hardness and appliances for tongue and cavity
• visit a dentist for prophylaxis, every six months
• visit your dentist immediately when you feel the first symptoms of pain
